It’s been a while since I’ve posted and need to start up again. Here in New Orleans, its been hot, but through most of the summer, I’ve been traveling; thinking about how I approach shooting, and have realized that I am parting ways with portrait work for now. I’m starting to see how much I see in my ordinary day here, where there is always something to observe, and have decided that theres reward in “being in a place” just as much as there is “being with people”.

So this weekend, I stopped by Satchmo SummerFest to take in some music and be in a moment worthy of sharing.
